What to Expect at Calvary Baptist Church Lakeland.
Services are usually 45 minutes to 1 hour. Our service kicks off with our worship leader leading the church in song. The words are projected on our screens so feel free to sing along. Then our choir will perform that service’s special and after the music portion of the service, our pastor will deliver the sermon on what God has laid on his heart to preach.
Absolutely! Our Children’s Ministry has programs from newborn through middle school age, then our teen group is for 7th-12th graders.
We are a conservative church that offers a wide range of Gospel music including classic hymns, specialist solos, and choir arrangements to worship and glorify God.
We are an Independant Fundamental Baptist Church with a firm foundation in Biblical truth and understanding from the King James Version of the Bible. Learn more about our history and doctrine here.
